Issuance of taxi license, reason - transfer of taxi license - Constanta City Hall*

This procedure regulates the method of obtaining the taxi authorization in the following situations:

A. For issuing a taxi authorization obtained as a result of one of the following operations, namely,

a. the merger of authorized carriers;

b. the division of an authorized carrier;

c. the authorized carrier, holder of one or more authorizations, relinquishes one or more authorizations in favor of some of their employees who prove that they have acquired the status of authorized carrier (natural or legal person);

d. the transformation of a natural person into a legal person

B. For modifying the taxi authorization when the authorized carrier finds themselves in one of the following situations, namely,

a. replaces the owned vehicle

b. changes the registration number or concludes a leasing contract for the owned vehicle;

c. loss/deterioration/theft of the authorization

The documents shall be presented in original and submitted as copies, as the case may be.

The fee for issuing the taxi authorization is 100 lei.
