This procedure regulates the manner in which the certificate for the repatriation of a deceased person abroad is obtained within the Constanta City Hall.
The requests and documentation for the Cemetery Management Service shall be submitted at the following locations:
- main office on Str. Stefan Mihaileanu, no. 10
- main office on Str. Baba Novac, no. 194 (inside the Municipal Cemetery) for the Municipal Cemetery;
