The procedure describes the activity of providing personal data from the National Register of Personal Records.
Natural persons or legal entities may request, based on motivated written requests, the communication of personal data from the National Register of Personal Records, regarding civil status data (surname, first name, date and place of birth, as well as the first names of the person's parents):
- data regarding the identity documents issued to the persons for whom information is requested;
- data regarding granted domiciles and residences; data regarding the assigned personal identification number.
