The notification is made by traders, natural or legal persons authorized in accordance with the provisions of art.18-21 of Government Ordinance no.99/2000 regarding the commercialization of products and market services, republished, and the methodological application rules of the ordinance, approved by Government Decision no.333/2003. In this respect, the trader will address the City Hall of Cluj-Napoca by submitting a standard application, consistent with the model provided in the annex to Government Decision no.333/2003.
In the standard application, the identification details of the trader shall be entered: name of the trader, registered office, CUI, registration number at the Trade Register Office, representative, as well as the address of the work location. This standard application is accompanied by the inventory list for the goods to be liquidated. The structure that handles the application is the Department for Municipal Heritage and Property Registration, Commercial Authorization Service.
