The foster caregiver is the natural person, certified under the conditions of the law, employed by DGASPC Sector 4, who provides care at their own home to the child/children from the protection system, whom they receive under a protection measure-placement. Persons with legal and actual residence in Sector 4, interested in becoming foster caregivers, submit at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Sector 4, located on Soldat Ion Enache Street no.1 A, a request for evaluation and the documents mentioned below. The professional foster caregiver certificate is issued by the Child Protection Commission Sector 4 and is valid for 3 years. The employment of the foster caregiver, namely the signing of the employment contract, takes place from the moment they receive the child/children in difficulty under a protection measure.
