The professional maternal assistant is the natural person, certified under the law, who, through the activity carried out at their home, ensures the upbringing, care, and education necessary for the harmonious development of the children received in placement.
Persons residing in the territorial area of Satu Mare county, interested in becoming a professional maternal assistant, submit to the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Satu Mare an application for the evaluation of their capacity, accompanied by the documents mentioned below.
The certificate is issued by the Child Protection Commission Satu Mare, and is valid for 3 years.
