The membership certificate is granted to pharmacists who, making an express request to this effect, meet the following conditions:
- hold an official qualification title in pharmacy,
- are not found in any case of unworthiness or incompatibility provided by law,
- are medically fit to practice the profession of pharmacist,
- have not interrupted the practice of the profession for more than 5 years or have obtained the bachelor's degree in the last 5 years,
- have paid the registration fee (the fee is paid into the account of the SALAJ territorial college in the amount of 10% of the gross minimum salary per country at the time of registration for persons who have registered within 1 YEAR from graduation).
