In the case of a decision not to recognize the teaching position obtained at a higher education institution abroad, the applicant may file an appeal within two working days from the date of notification of the evaluation result.

The appeal, addressed to the Rector, must be made in writing, registered at the DRU within UDG, and is resolved by an Appeals Resolution Committee, appointed by the Rector’s decision. The committee consists of 3 members, tenured teaching staff at UDG, other than those on the Evaluation Committee.(3) Appeals can be submitted exclusively for non-compliance with legal procedures regarding the evaluation process, only by the appellant, and only in relation to the application for which the file was submitted.(4) The decision of the Appeals Resolution Committee is final, is recorded in writing in a report which is forwarded to the Rector, signed by all members of the Committee, and communicated to the appellant in writing, within three days from its issuance.(5) The appeal and the decision of the Appeals Resolution Committee are attached to the file of the applicant who submitted the appeal.
