If the applicant is dissatisfied with the manner in which the request is resolved, the provisions of Article 30 of Law no. 416/2001 regarding the guaranteed minimum income apply: "(1) The mayor's decision regarding the granting, non-granting, modification, suspension, cessation of payment of the rights provided by this law, the change of the beneficiary thereof, as well as the recovery of unduly collected amounts may be challenged according to the provisions of the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004 with subsequent amendments. (2) Applications, actions, and appeals regarding the rights provided by this law are exempt from stamp duty."
