The technical connection/branching approval of the network administrator/owner accompanied by the cadastral plan issued by OCPI (1:500 - 2 two copies) which must contain the route of the work.*

Location permits from the other administrators/holders of existing utility networks in the area (copies) – as applicable: a) water supply b) sewage c) electricity supply d) natural gas e) telephony f) Netcity Telecom g) Bucharest Municipal Public Lighting Company h) Termoenergetica SA Municipal Company - as applicable i) sanitation contract Other permits/ agreements (as applicable)*

Technical Documentation (written parts + drawn parts) - checked by a certified checker (including the checker's report) - 2 original copies and project checker certificate (copy).*

Contract for the execution of the work concluded with the administrator/holder of the technical-utility network.*

Paving restoration contract according to legal provisions.*

The execution graph targeted by the administrator/owner of the technical-utility network.*

The road administrator may request other documents that they consider necessary for the issuance of the agreement/authorization.*
