The purpose of the social service "Integrated Community Center" is to provide health services in an integrated system with social services at the community level, to solve the individual's medico-social problems, in order to support them to remain in their own living environment. Community medical assistance involves an integrated range of programs and health services centered on the individual needs of the healthy and the sick person, as well as on the needs of the community, provided in an integrated system with social services.
