The purpose of the social service "Integrated Community Center" is to provide health services in an integrated system with social services at the community level, in order to solve the medico-social problems of the individual, with a view to maintaining them in their own living environment. Community medical assistance involves an integrated set of health programs and services focused on the individual needs of both healthy and sick people, as well as the needs of the community, provided in an integrated system with social services.
