This procedure regulates the method of online transmission of petitions addressed to the Gorj Public Health Directorate, according to the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 27/2002 regarding the regulation of petition resolution activities, with subsequent amendments and additions.
A petition is understood as a request, complaint, report, or proposal formulated in writing or by electronic mail, which a citizen or a legally constituted organization may address to the central and local public authorities and institutions, the decentralized public services of ministries and other central bodies, national companies and societies, commercial companies of county or local interest, as well as autonomous administrations, hereinafter referred to as public authorities and institutions, according to art. 2 of Government Ordinance no. 27/2002 regarding the regulation of petition resolution activities, with subsequent amendments and additions.
Clarifications:
Resolution deadlines according to art. 8 and art. 9 of Government Ordinance no. 27/2002 regarding the regulation of petition resolution activities, approved by Law no. 233/2002, with subsequent amendments, are:
”Art. 8 (1) The notified public authorities and institutions are obliged to communicate the response to the petitioner within 30 days from the date of petition registration, regardless of whether the solution is favorable or unfavorable.
(2) For resolving petitions sent, according to art. 6^1, from other public authorities or institutions, the 30-day term runs from the date of petition registration at the competent public authority or institution.
Art. 9 In the situation where the aspects raised by the petition require more detailed information and investigation, the head of the public authority or institution may extend the term provided in art. 8 by no more than 15 days, and in the field of energy and natural gas, the term may be extended by no more than 30 days, with prior notification of the petitioner.”
