In case of representation, the notarized power of attorney, respectively the delegation, the resolution of the general meeting of the associates, the decision of the sole associate, the decision of the representative of the associative form, as applicable, in original and copy, as well as a copy of the ID card of the authorized individual or a copy of the passport for the authorized individual with domicile abroad.*

The land registry excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days before the date of submission of the documentation, as the case may be. (except in cases where the building permit is requested for the execution and rehabilitation of the land improvement infrastructure, in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2), letter a) of Law 138/2004, with subsequent amendments and completions); (except for requests for the works provided for in art. 7, para. 1–4 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works)*
