The urbanism certificate (within the validity term), accompanied by the zoning location plan and the site plan endorsed by OCPI (the site plan will highlight the area proposed for removal from agricultural use), as applicable*

The land book excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days prior to the date of submitting the documentation, as applicable. (except in the case where the construction permit is requested for the realization and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para. (2, letter a) of Law 138/2004 with subsequent amendments and completions); (with the exception of requests for works provided in art. 7 para 1-4 of Law 50/1991 regarding the authorization for the execution of construction works republished); (with the exception of public utility investment works)*

Government Decision/County Council/Local Council regarding the declaration of public utility of investment objectives of national/county/local interest, under the law, as appropriate*

The favorable opportunity notice from the County Council/Local Council for the extension of the built-up area, in the case of lands located outside the city limits, for which a Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) is requested and the request for a Detailed Urban Plan (PUD) from the city hall for lands located within the built-up area.*
