This procedure describes the manner in which specialists - individuals certified as technical experts with qualifications in constructions can request the update of personal data from the database. The certified technical expert in constructions carries out their activity in one of the following forms - as an employee of a legal entity whose statute provides for technical quality verification activities of projects, in compliance with legal provisions - authorized, as a natural person, to carry out activities independently - as an employee of the investor, according to the law. The right to practice is proven by the valid ID card issued by the competent authority together with the certificate of certification.

Regulated profession: The profession of certified technical expert is found at position 10 in Annex No. 2 to Law No. 200/2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions.
