The notification is made by merchants, natural or legal persons authorized in accordance with the provisions of art. 22-28 of Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 regarding the marketing of products and market services, republished, and the methodological norms for the application of the ordinance, approved by Government Decision no. 333/2003.
In this regard, the merchant will address the City Hall of Cluj-Napoca by submitting a standard application, in accordance with the model provided in the annex to Government Decision no. 333/2003. The standard application will include the identification elements of the merchant: name of merchant, registered office, CUI, registration number at the Trade Register Office, representative, as well as the address of the place of business. This standard application accompanies the inventory list for clearance goods. The structure dealing with the application is the Directorate of Municipal Assets and Property Records, Trade Authorization Service.
