This preliminary notice allows merchants, natural or legal persons (authorized to carry out activities of selling food products such as fruits and vegetables) to display products on urban furniture intended for this purpose, located on land owned by private individuals or legal entities, unenclosed and with public access.
In order to obtain the preliminary notice for placing urban furniture intended for the display of food products such as fruits and vegetables, the merchant must address the City Hall of Cluj-Napoca by submitting a standard application. This must be registered at least 30 days before commencing the activity. The standard application must include identifying information of the merchant: merchant name, registered office, Unique Registration Code, registration number at the Trade Registry Office, representative, as well as the address of the work point in front of which the street furniture is intended to be placed.This standard application must be accompanied by documentation consisting of documents established by the regulatory acts of the local authority.
The department handling the application is the Municipal Heritage and Property Records Department, Trade Authorizations Service. The municipality’s preliminary notice is issued for an indefinite period.
