This procedure regulates the method of issuing the urbanism certificate for technical-utility networks for water supply, sewerage, transport and supply of electricity, district heating, transport and distribution of natural gas, communications within the City Hall of Constanța Municipality

Connection and branching works to the technical-utility networks are exempted from the authorization procedure, meaning that requests for the issuance of the urbanism certificate at CMC are no longer registered, these works can only be executed with the approval/consent of SC Confrot Urban SRL, as road administrator.
