This procedure establishes the method by which the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca automatically recognizes the academic teaching positions obtained in accredited foreign higher education institutions, as provided in the annex to Ministerial Order 5922/15.12.2016.

The profession of teaching staff is found at position no. A.8 in Annex no. 2 of Law no. 200 of 2004 regarding the recognition of diplomas and professional qualifications for regulated professions in Romania, with subsequent amendments and completions.*

The decision of recognition or non-recognition may be contested within 3 (three) days from the communication, by a motivated request submitted to the University Registry. Appeals are resolved within 5 days from registration by the Appeals Resolution Committee appointed by the Rector's decision. Subsequently, the university's final decision may be challenged in court.
