This procedure establishes the normative framework regarding the authorization of technical supervisors for execution by the State Inspectorate in Construction - I.S.C, starting with < spandata 30 September 2016. The procedure establishes the requirements, the studies and professional experience of the persons requesting authorization, the necessary documents, the fields of authorization, the responsibilities, the competencies conferred by the authorization.

Communication of the field(s)/subfield(s) for which the applicant is admitted to participate in the authorization exam or, as the case may be, the rejection of the file is made within 15 working days from the date of submission of the file or the requested completions and clarifications.
The authorization fee is 250 lei and is charged for each field/subfield of authorization. The authorization fee is paid by the applicant into the I.S.C. account after the authorization commission confirms the applicant's eligibility. The account in which the payment is to be made and the payable amount are specified in the communication regarding eligibility.
Proof of payment of the authorization fee is submitted to ISC at least 10 working days before the beginning of the examination session. Subsequent submission attracts the rejection of the file.
