Granting assistance for full coverage or, as the case may be, partial coverage of home heating expenses during the cold season, namely:
- assistance for home heating with natural gas, hereinafter referred to as assistance for gas heating;
- assistance for heating with wood, coal, petroleum fuels, hereinafter referred to as assistance for wood heating for beneficiaries of guaranteed minimum income and for those who are not beneficiaries of guaranteed minimum income.
