- the identity document or, in the case of foreign citizens, the passport, valid on the date of the application; - the certificate of competence for lecturer in the field of road transport, valid on the date of the application; - proof of recognition of the certificate of competence by the authority of another European Union Member State, other than Romania, of a Member State of the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation, in the case provided for in art. 8 paragraph (4) of the Norms approved by OMTIC no. 961 of 2020; - proof of at least 2 years of professional experience practiced in the territory of a European Union Member State, other than Romania, of a Member State of the European Economic Area or of the Swiss Confederation, in the case provided for in art. 8 paragraph (4) of the Norms approved by OMTIC no. 961 of 2020; - documents issued by the competent authorities of Romania or of a European Union Member State, the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation, recognized or equivalent according to the law, which prove the fulfillment of the conditions provided for in art. 4 of the Norms regarding the professional certification of lecturers necessary for the training and professional development process of specialized staff in the field of road transport approved by OMT no. 1213/2015; - language proficiency certificate (ECL) for the Romanian language or a diploma issued by an institution in Romania.*
