Changing the payment method for the social benefit granted as a state allowance for children can be requested at the County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection Harghita, by the legal representative or beneficiary (the child), based on the document that certifies their identity.
The change in payment method refers to the way the social benefit is received, namely by bank account or by postal mandate.
If bank account payment is chosen, the standard application must be accompanied by an account statement, which includes the name of the legal representative, or, as the case may be, the beneficiary (the child), the IBAN code, the bank and the branch where the account is opened, or, as the case may be, other documents issued by the banking unit that include this information.
