The person or family who has received a child in placement or has been designated or appointed as the guardian of a child, under the law, for the period during which they provide the upbringing and care of the child, shall benefit, in addition to the monthly placement allowance provided in paragraph (1), from a monthly support allowance in the amount of 0.8 ISR. The maternal assistant and the authorized private entity do not benefit from the monthly support allowance.
