The procedure for sanitary authorization of operation based on the declaration on own responsibility for projects under rehabilitation applies to all natural or legal persons that carry out one of the activities included in annex no. 2 of OMS no. 1030/2009 with amendments and additions and that are not subject to registration at the trade register.
