​The insertion incentive is granted monthly until the child reaches the age of 3 years (4 years for a child with a disability). In cases where the person earns taxable income during the period in which they are entitled to benefit from childcare leave or after the child reaches the age of 2 years, or 3 years in the case of a child with a disability, including the period provided in art. 11 para. 1, letter a) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 111/2010, the insertion incentive is granted until the child reaches the age of 3 years, or 4 years in the case of a child with a disability.
