For obtaining information and submitting documentation, the applicant will address the Citizen Information Center, room 15 within the City Hall of Rm. Vâlcea.
Necessary documents:

- Standard application form
- Copy of applicant’s ID card as well as those of the household members who will be registered on the certificate and booklet
- Proof of payment of taxes according to HCL 259/29.12.2014 regarding the establishment and approval of the level of taxes, fees and other amounts due to the local budget for the year 2015, completed by HCL 74/29.04.2015.
