This procedure addresses County Public Health Directorates, and the municipality of Bucharest for the establishment of closed circuit pharmacies - sending documents to the Ministry of Health - Pharmaceutical Directorate and medical devices. The resolution deadline (3 calendar days) represents the period for sending all documents to the Ministry of Health.
