The written request of the authorization holder*

The notification sent by a third party or the finding by ANRE ex officio. ANRE may decide to withdraw the license(s) in the following situations: a. in the case of the bankruptcy of the holder; this situation shall be communicated to ANRE by the license holder within 10 days from the date of its occurrence, together with the request for license withdrawal and documents confirming the bankruptcy; b. in the case where the holder of a license that has been suspended by ANRE and, during the suspension period, has not fully and/or within the deadline complied with a remediation measure ordered by ANRE; c. in the case where the holder of a license that has been suspended by ANRE carries out, during the suspension period, activities or works that fall within the scope of the suspended license; d. in the situation provided for in Article 24^1, paragraph (1) of the Regulation, in which the economic operator holding a license transfers to another economic operator the activity subject to a valid license; e. at the justified request of the license holder. f. in the case of loss of rights by the economic operator holding the ANRE license. g. after two consecutive suspensions for the reason invoked in Article 25, paragraph (4), letter c) of the Regulation.*
