the private inspection and certification body has ceased its activity, its activity is suspended, or the private inspection and certification body is subject to enforcement proceedings
when, following the communication received from the national accreditation body in Romania RENAR or from another equivalent accreditation body in the European Union, a signatory of the European accreditation mutual recognition agreement EA-MLA, it is found that the accreditation of the body has expired or has been withdrawn based on the decision to withdraw the accreditation.*
