Identification of children with disabilities and learning and socio-school adaptation difficulties, who require classification into a degree of disability, following direct requests, referrals from specialists who come into contact with children with disabilities, and notifications ex officio.
It is addressed to children with disabilities and special educational needs, from Sector 1, and following the comprehensive evaluation, the certificate of classification into a degree of disability is issued.

- for respiratory system diseases (bronchial asthma) – MANDATORY respiratory functional tests;
- for heart diseases – MANDATORY degree of heart failure – NYHA class;
- for hearing disorders – MANDATORY audiogram;
- for mental delays – MANDATORY determination of the development coefficient (DC) up to the age of 3 years and the intelligence coefficient (IQ) over the age of 3 years;
- for disorders from the autistic spectrum/infantile autism – MANDATORY diagnosis must be completed based on medical-psychological criteria regarding impairment of the 4 levels (socialization, language, self-care, and motor).*
